Pricing
Published prices, because you shouldn't need a sales call to find out you can't afford it.
Almost every agency near you hides this behind a form. That's usually so the number can be adjusted based on how much they think you'll pay. Here's where mine start.
Starting points
Where things start
These are honest starting points for the work as scoped. A firm quote comes after we've talked, in writing, before anything begins.

The rules
How I price
Fixed price, agreed before I start
You get a written scope and a firm number after the call. Not an hourly estimate that drifts, and not a range that lands at the top of itself.
Changes are their own decision
If you want something outside the scope, I price it as a small written change order and you decide. That's the entire mechanism that stops projects ballooning — it isn't complicated, it's just written down.
You own everything
Domain, code, content, accounts. Transferred to you when the final invoice clears. Nothing is held to keep you paying me.
Nothing is a subscription unless you want it
The care plan is optional and cancellable. I'd rather you keep it because it's useful than because leaving is painful.
Straight answers
Where your money is better spent elsewhere
Some things I'd rather tell you now than after you've paid me.
If you have no Google Business Profile, start there
For most local businesses that free listing drives more calls than the website does. Set it up first. I'll help you do it on the call whether or not you hire me.
If your current site is fine, keep it
A site that's fast, clear, and asks for the work doesn't need replacing because it's three years old. Automation or an AI front desk will usually earn more on the same money.
If $1,500 is genuinely difficult right now
Use Squarespace, get something honest and clean up this month, and come back when the business is carrying it. I'd rather you succeed than sell you something that hurts.
If you need it next week
I'd have to rush it, and rushed work is how you end up paying twice. If the deadline is immovable, I'll say so rather than take the job and disappoint you.
Questions
Money questions
How does payment work?
Half to book the slot and start, half on completion before launch. For larger projects we split it across agreed milestones. Everything is invoiced, and the terms are in the agreement you sign before I begin.
What if the project grows halfway through?
Then we write a change order: what's being added, what it costs, what it does to the date. You approve it or you don't, and either way the original price for the original scope doesn't move. That's the whole protection, for both of us.
Is the care plan required?
No. It's genuinely optional and you can cancel any time. What it buys is somebody noticing when something breaks — without it, you find out when a customer tells you the site is down.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects, yes — milestone billing spreads it across the build. Ask on the call. I'd rather structure something workable than lose a good client over cash-flow timing.
Why are you cheaper than the agency that quoted me $15,000?
Because there's one of me and no office, no account manager, and no sales team to pay for. That's the real difference, not the quality of the work. Where a large agency genuinely wins is capacity — if you need five people on it by Monday, hire them.
What happens if I want to stop working with you?
You take everything and go. The agreement has a termination clause with no penalty beyond paying for work already completed. Nothing about my setup makes leaving hard, and that's deliberate.
