Prices on this site are published starting points, not offers or quotes. A binding price is only the one given to you in a written proposal or services agreement for a defined scope of work. Prices shown here may change without notice.

The AI demonstration

Any interactive AI demonstration on this site exists to show what the service can do. Please read this section before using it.

• It is a simulation. Any business it appears to represent is fictional, or is a name you supplied yourself. It does not represent any real business, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any real business whose name may be entered.
• It does not make real appointments. Any booking it appears to confirm is part of the demonstration and schedules nothing.
• Its output is generated by an AI system and may be inaccurate. Nothing it says is a quote, an offer, professional advice, or a commitment of any kind, and it should not be relied upon.
• Do not enter sensitive information — no health information, payment or financial details, government identification numbers, passwords, or other people's personal information.
• Conversations are recorded and reviewed. See the Privacy Policy.
• Do not attempt to misuse it — including automated or high-volume access, attempts to manipulate its instructions, or use for any unlawful purpose. Access may be limited or blocked to protect the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system
• Don't interfere with its operation or place unreasonable load on it
• Don't scrape or copy the content for republication without permission

Intellectual property

The design, text, code, and graphics of this site belong to the business, except where otherwise noted. You may not reproduce them without permission.

This is separate from client work: for projects delivered under a services agreement, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in that agreement.

No warranty

This site and the AI demonstration are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. There is no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this site or the AI demonstration.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.

This site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not controlled by the business and it is not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
